This is the site for Jigawatt legacy. Check out the new version!

It’s pretty easy to automatically pipe data into Jigawatt from a wide range of other applications using Zapier, a highly flexible workflow automation service. Here’s how. For this guide, it’s assumed you’ve used Zapier before to integrate your workflow, and just need to know the credentials and values for inputting to Jigawatt.

  • Make a zap. For your Trigger, choose the app for where the data is coming from. The values Zapier is able to retrieve will depend on how that app is configured, but most CRMs and sales tools will have pretty typical stuff, like name, address, email, phone, etc.
  • The Action is where you send the stuff over to Jigawatt. Choose Webhooks. Create a POST action.

Input the following values:

  1. URL: https://jigawatt.app/api/zapier_webhook.php
  2. Payload Type: Form
  3. Data:
    • companyID (this can be found in your Jigawatt company settings screen)
    • name (concatenate first and last names in this field, as Jigawatt uses a single entry for name)
    • email
    • phone
    • address
    • city
    • state
    • zip
    • type_lead (This corresponds to lead types in Jigawatt, i.e. “Referral”, “Purchased Lead”, etc. Make sure your spelling is the same in your Zapier configuration as it is in your lead source manager or it won’t match.)
    • source (Lead Source in Jigawatt, which is a free form value. This can be dynamic input, or a value you set in Zapier.
    • notes1, notes2, notes3, notes4 (You can use these four values to create new notes in Jigawatt from incoming form data. Examples of this might include “credit score estimate”, “shade on roof”, etc.)
  4. Wrap request in array: Yes
  5. Unflatten, Basic Auth, and Headers can stay empty. These aren’t being used.
